Horizon Air Pilot Development Program
Your journey to the airlines starts long before your first airline interview.
At Unlimited Aviation Services, we encourage aspiring professional pilots to explore career development opportunities early in their training.
The Horizon Air Pilot Development Program (PDP) is open to eligible student pilots training at Part 61 and Part 141 flight schools, including independent flight training operations.
The program offers selected applicants mentorship, career development opportunities, and potential financial assistance toward flight training.
Interested in applying?
Horizon Air's recruiting team recommends that prospective applicants:
Apply early. Applications are reviewed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Demonstrate interest. Join the program's email notification list and participate in online recruiting events.
Stay persistent. If you aren't selected the first time, continue building your qualifications and consider applying again.
Selection is highly competitive, and participation in flight training at Unlimited Aviation Services does not guarantee admission.
