Booking Policy

At Unlimited Aviation Services, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for both our instructors and clients, we have established the following booking policy:



Our instructor must be named on the aircraft’s insurance policy.

A pre-instruction operational flight be conducted to verify aircraft airworthiness and performance. 

Our cashless business only accepts appointments and payments through our online booking and payment platforms.

All services, including ground and flight instruction, online ground instruction, and airline interview preparation, must be booked and paid for online via our designated booking and online payment platform.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of booked services.

Clients failing to provide the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total service cost.

Weather-related cancellations must be approved by the flight instructor. Unapproved cancellations may still incur a fee.

Payment is made via the provided PayPal link. Clients will receive a confirmation email with service details after payment is processed.

Payment is due immediately after services are rendered. 

Late payments may incur a late fee of $25 or 5% of the outstanding balance, whichever is greater.

Refunds for cancellations made with the required 24-hour notice will be processed promptly.

No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Please note that PayPal transactions may take up to 7 working days to process refunds. 

Clients may request to reschedule a booked service with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to instructor availability.

Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be accommodated at the discretion of Unlimited Aviation Services.

Clients are encouraged to arrive promptly for their scheduled services.

Instructors will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals beyond this grace period may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply.

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice will be charged the full-service cost.

Note: Unlimited Aviation Services reserves the right to modify this booking policy as necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
