Scheduling Policy
At Unlimited Aviation Services LLC, we are dedicated to delivering a seamless and exceptional experience for our clients. To ensure efficient scheduling and fair treatment for both our instructors and clients, we have established the following scheduling policy:
Before dual flight instruction can begin, we require
The student must review and sign the school's safety practices and aircraft rental agreement.
The student must review and sign a training agreement.
New students must fill in a student registration form prior to the first flight.
Online Scheduling and Payment Policy
Our cashless business only accepts appointments and payments through our online scheduling and payment platforms.
Scheduling Process:
All services, including ground and flight instruction, online ground instruction, must be booked and paid for online via our designated scheduling and online payment platform.
Cancellation Policy:
A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for any cancellations or rescheduling of booked services.
Clients failing to provide the required notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total service cost.
Illness or weather-related cancellations must be approved by the flight instructor. Unapproved cancellations may still incur a fee.
Payment:
Payment is made online through FlightCircle or a designated link. Clients will receive a confirmation email with service details after payment is processed.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of each flight unless otherwise arranged in writing. Any balance not paid within seven (7) calendar days of invoice issuance shall accrue interest at a rate of 5% per month (or the maximum permitted by law). Unlimited Aviation Services reserves the right to suspend rental privileges for any past-due account.
The renter agrees to be responsible for all reasonable collection costs, including attorney fees and administrative expenses incurred in recovering unpaid balances.
Refund Policy:
Refunds for cancellations made with the required 24-hour notice will be processed promptly.
No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service.
Please note that PayPal transactions may take up to 7 working days to process refunds.
Rescheduling:
Clients may request to reschedule a booked service with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to instructor availability.
Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours' notice may be accommodated at the discretion of Unlimited Aviation Services.
Late Arrival:
Clients are encouraged to arrive promptly for their scheduled services.
Instructors will wait for a maximum of 15 minutes after the scheduled start time. Late arrivals beyond this grace period may be considered a no-show, and the cancellation policy will apply.
No-Show Policy:
Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled service without prior notice will be charged the full-service cost.
Note: Unlimited Aviation Services reserves the right to modify this scheduling policy as necessary. Clients will be informed of any changes in advance.
